Creating positions for new hire, Advising the Recruitment team on Vacant positions • Tracking all the Adjunct Faculty positions and its funding source position, providing various reports on People and Positions such as vacancies, total headcount, number of budgeted positions - by location (Dubai andAbu Dhabi Campus). • Handling employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits with a high level of customer service. • Updating and maintaining employee payroll and benefits information in the HR System such as creating Jobs, positions, department, updating Emirates ID, salary details, adjunct payments, banking details information , contracts , transfer , promotion, medical recovery, other recoveries, reimbursement vacation ticket requests, hierarchy, academic administrators, overload compensation Visa and emirates reimbursements , tracking the acting assignment staff for both campuses. • Preparing cheques for advance cash housing/ new hire salaries for both campuses. • Coordinating with other departments to streamline workflow and maintain up to date records such as working with the Payroll Specialist and payroll officer to facilitate timely and accurate payroll processing. • Conducting a quick audit check on the payroll records before the final payroll processing. • Ensures that payroll documents are filed in the Employees personnel file such as banking details. • Preparing reports • Prepares and follows up the application of the General Pension and Social Security Authority for UAE National Employees and Gulf Cooperation Council countries • Prepares the official letter for various entities including banks, Immigration, consulates, police, no objection certificates, HR letter approving resignation and benefits letter for the employees when required
Issues Payment Requisitions for HR • Responsible for Employee's probation period • Prepares and follows up with the Federal Government Approval requests for new hires and title changes. • Conducting Training Needs Analysis for each Department • Collecting and analyzing the training Needs Analysis data using Excel Sheet • Conducting and arranging for ongoing technical training and personal development (soft skills, technical programs) • Conducting Induction training for all new hires in each quarter • Writing all minutes of meeting for the training and Development unit • Working with my line manager in the Service Level Agreement • Benchmark with other universities to know the best practices. • Conduct recruitment processes: sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing. • Attend recruitment events; such as meeting and interviews. •
